Surgical Pathology Case

Clinical Information
  A 66-year-old male had a large anterior mediastinal mass.
Gross Description

The specimen consists of one tan-pink to yellow multi-lobulated mass measuring and weighing 1111grams. The surface is covered with a thin fibromembranous capsule. The cut surface reveals multiple lobules from 0.2 to 4.0 cm in diameter and divided by fibrous septa.
