Hematopathology Case

Clinical information:

 

A 65-year-old male had a history of heart transplant in 01/2010. Six months later he developed a posterior left thigh mass, which was diagnosed as  post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD), diffuse large-B cell lymphoma type. In 08/2013, he presented with inguinal lymphadenopathy, concerning for recurrent PTLD.
