Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 66-year-old female had breast cancer. A mastectomy was performed with axillary lymph node dissection. Eighteen axillary lymph nodes were found, which were slightly enlarged, ranging from 0.4 cm to 1.8 cm. Three lymph nodes were positive for metastatic carcinoma. Most of the lymph nodes also showed the following features.
