Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 30-year-old African-American male was HIV+. He presented with worsening cervical, axillary, and inguinal lymphadenopathy. Cervical lymph node biopsy was performed. His most recent CD4+ T-cell count was 337 and the viral load was 140,000. He also had an inguinal lymph node biopsy 3 years ago (case HP-142).
