Hematopathology Case

 

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 37-year-old male had a history of seasonal allergies and low grade liposarcoma. Recently, he developed swelling of his right arm, causing difficulty in finger's movement. Several mass lesions were also noted in his axilla and posterior neck. He also had severe eosinophilia (44.6%) and neutropenia (16.5%). A biopsy of the lesion in his right arm was performed.
