CLINICAL INFORMATION

A 46-year-old female had multiple skin lesions involving bilateral inguinal/inner thigh (up to 15 cm), right flank (up to 5 cm), and right popliteal fossa (up to 5 cm). These lesions have been there for approximately 10 years, with no response to many antibiotics or steroid treatment. There was no significant change of size. Grossly, these lesions appear to be atrophic with scattered small papules on the lesions.
