CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 10-year-old male had splenomegaly, thrombocytopenia and leukopenia. A bone marrow biopsy was performed.

    WBC, 3.62 K/uL 

       NEUTR,   41.1%      

       LYMPH,   50.3%          

       Mono,    7.2%     

    RBC, 4.79 M/uL 

    HGB, 12.2 g/dL
