Hematopathology Case

CLINICAL INFORMATION

  A 67-year-old male had an inguinal lymph node biopsy 6 months ago, which was diagnosed as mantle cell lymphoma. He had persistent lymphocytosis in the peripheral blood, ranging from 6K to 15K, since then. A peripheral blood smear was made.
