Hematopathology Case

CLINICAL INFORMATION

 

A 54-year-old gentleman had newly onset of myocardial infarction. A bypass was scheduled for this patient, and before the procedure a CBC with differentiation was ordered. The peripheral blood smear revealed scattered atypical cells. A STAT bone marrow biopsy  was performed thereafter.
