Case 16

Hematopathology Case

Clinical information:

A 48-year-old female had an ulcerated vulvar lesion for several months, and multiple medications failed to control this lesion. Grossly, two adjacent tan-pink ulcerations were present on the vulvar surface that measured 2.0 cm and 2.3 cm respectively. She did not have any medical history of malignancy, and systemic metastatic workup revealed no other disease beyond the vulva.
